How you change the chair of a meeting?

Currently there is no way to change the chair of a meeting. When a staff member leaves and their replacement arrives all the meetings must be canceled and re-sent.

Are there any plan to add any utilities which might give the option of transferring an event to another person?

This would ideally also revise the appropriate fields in the Rooms and Reservations database.
